RPO:  Onsite Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Team


This is DVB’s original and most successful solution. DVB provides all necessary onsite and offsite support necessary to meet the clients needs.


  • This model is effective because the hospital and DVB work in partnership.  
  • Both DVB and the hospital have a common goal, which is to substantially 
  • Decrease or eliminate the hospital’s contract and/or travel nursing costs.  
  • DVB is onsite because our resources, personnel and processes offer much more flexibility and results than internally managed resources to address the hospital’s recruiting needs.
  • Unlike most staffing companies, DVB will only work with one division, system, or facility in a market.


Large Facility Recruitment Team 


Because every large organization has a unique talent acquisition process, DVB programs are custom built to interface seamlessly, without requiring taxing organizational change.  In most cases outsourcing at facilities of 400 or more beds can be done as expense neutral with any upside for DVB being tied to the client’s goals. While the exact makeup of our program varies from client to client, generally we group the recruitment process into 5 major areas: Strategy, Sourcing, Screening, Selection, and Start. 


  • Strategy – workforce planning, job design, competency mapping, behavioral interview design.
  • Sourcing – web postings, print advertising, direct sourcing, web sourcing, internal mobility programs, employee referrals, corporate career website management, direct mail, job fairs.
  • Screening – automated pre-screening, resume review, phone interviews, pre-employment assessments, background checks, drug testing, reference verification.
  • Selection – Calendaring, travel arrangements, interview feedback, interview coaching.
  • Start – offer letters, on-boarding, new hire orientation, payroll setup, EEOC/OFCCP compliance.
