- The DVB Recruitment Analysis will provide an overall description of the current recruitment process. The Analysis will include observations from your staff with a detailed flow chart illustrating the existing recruitment process from vacancy approval to scheduling a new hire for orientation. DVB will then compare the existing process to the DVB best practices and make recommendations to streamline, centralize and improve the current process culminating in the client's new recruitment model.
