Discussions with hiring executive or executives to review job specifications, any existing job descriptions and other relevant areas desired for a successful candidate
- Meet with other key stakeholders related to the position for key insights
- Confirm executive or hiring team and communication during the engagement
- Review of internal hiring process once candidates are presented to seamlessly work with internal hiring guidelines
- Central contact or interviewing team
- Assessments or other internal documentation needed pre interview or hire
- Desired references prior and post interview of hire
Recruitment Profile Creation
Work with client management team to develop a final Recruitment Profile for the search
- This Recruitment Profile will outline specific responsibilities and criteria for the position (title, location, reporting structure, education and experience)
- Develop collateral marketing pieces to promote the recruitment of the position
- Request collateral marketing pieces and documents to assist with recruitment strategy and candidate information package
Search Strategy and Documentation
A search strategy plan will be developed with client prior to deployment including:
- Recruitment Profile
- Client provided and approved collateral materials and documentation
- Identification of other companies, industries, organizations and professional groups for potential candidates
- Leverage existing industry contacts for referrals, recommendations and candidates
Sourcing and Qualifying
Outreach to active and passive candidates sourced from multiple avenues:
- Personal Networks
- Target Companies
- Web Research
- Job Boards, Databases and LinkedIn
- Build a pipeline suitable to present a slate of qualified candidate options to client hiring executive or hiring team
Candidate Review Interviews, Assessments and Presentation

- Initial Phone Screen
- In-depth Phone Screen
- Assessments:
- Presentation of slate of candidates
- A fully vetted slate of candidates will be presented to client hiring executive or hiring team
- Scheduled meetings with client hiring executive or hiring team to review candidates that will move to subsequent interviews and rounds in the hiring process
- DVB representative will facilitate the candidate interviews and meetings as agreed upon with client
Candidate Selection
- Reference Checks
- Client has option of directly extending an offer to successful candidates or electing to have DVB liaison on their behalf
- Where requested, DVB will assist with the negotiation and offer stages
